About me

Having studied Business Studies at university, I went on to work as a Business Systems Analyst and later to run my own consultancy business. I had been born with Coeliac disease and suffered from many health issues as a child and young adult (IBS, hormone imbalances, infertility to name a few) As a result I developed a keen interest in alternative healing and nutrition, learning Reiki for self-healing. I also attended many different therapy sessions as a client.

In 2019 I had a major health scare which forced me to re-evaluate my health and lifestyle choices. After taking control of my life and health I decided that I wanted to learn kinesiology to support me and my families on going health and wellbeing needs.

I completed the kinesiology foundation course just before the pandemic hit and was then unable to practice much in-person. This prompted me to look around to see what other kinesiologists and therapists were doing regarding distance healing. Then I came across OHB. Newly trained practitioners had been trained and practiced OHB online via zoom during the pandemic with remarkable success. I did the OHB Mini Balance course online in 2021 and was blown away by the power of the icons, and immediately signed up for the practitioners course.

It is quite astonishing what OHB can accomplish both in-person and remotely. The icons have a particular vibration that can heal both at close range and at a distance. They work in all dimensions, clearing foreign energies and heal the energy fields on a spiritual, emotional and physical level. I love energy healing and what I love best about OHB is that the balances are carried out using healing icons and energy healing techniques.

I’m looking forward to becoming a full KFRP once I’ve completed the required core subjects and clinic hours.
