About me

I ‘found’ Kinesiology through being a Reflexologist, training in Touch for Health initially, and heard of OHB (Optimum Health Balance) through a friend and fellow therapist. I liked how OHB works on multiple levels (emotional, structural, electromagnetic, chemical, spiritual, and generally) and felt that this gave more opportunity to go to a deeper level in order to balance the body or individual in a holistic way.

I was blown away by how icons can be ‘read’ by the body due to their individual vibrations, and how they can be used to heal. They can work on all levels, clearing foreign energies and healing in the energy field as well as on the physical level. This can be undertaken in person and remotely using the internet. I enjoy seeing the change this can bring about in people’s lives whether this is in order to achieve a particular goal such as stopping smoking, or to rethink their life goals, and desires.

I have recently added TEK (Therapeutic Energy Kinesiology) to the therapies I can offer and feel that this may be preferable to some clients. My past experience in working with people as a social worker, and as a Reflexologist have added to the skills and experience I can bring to the therapeutic work I now undertake.
