I love supporting my clients on their healing journeys, from small steps to feeling whole again or navigating all consuming life events.

I offer a safe space to fully express what is in our conscious mind but also from within body and soul, using energy work to help release pain and nourish the whole being.

I am passionate about finding noninvasive natural ways to reach wellness. I wish for everyone to know that they can have a feeling of peace inside them, to know their inner strength, and the joy of living life with purpose.

I have worked as a Holistic therapist since 2012, I’m excited to offer OHB Kinesiology alongside massage, reflexology, reiki and Ayurvedic health practices.

I take appointments online and in person.
