About me

During the very late 1990s I saw an article in the back of the Sunday Time Magazine talking about Kinesiology. I had never heard of it before. Pauline Galvin was in Kent not far from where I lived at the time and so my journey began with an Applied Kinesiologist who helped me see where my life was leading.  

In the early 2000’s my life completely changed for the better when I moved up to Newark in Nottinghamshire with my new partner. Looking for a new kinesiologist I was having no luck and continued to see Pauline when I ventured down for work four times a year. Then unexpectedly Pauline died so I had to find someone near me.   

Searching the internet I found two ladies. Choosing one on the outskirts of Leicestershire I parked it a while before returning to her only to find that her details didn’t appear again. Low and behold Nicky Mainstone popped up again and my journey began. The powers that be were letting me know who I should be with. 

Nicky treated me for some months before she suggested I come on board to learn about this wonderful healing way. 

My first journey was Touch for Health for which I received my Certificate of Proficiency. Then along came Optimum Health Balancing wow what a mind-blowing experience this is. Although Nicky had been using this on me as a patient, I hadn’t realised just what was going on.  

To be able to balance clients using vibrational icons delving deep into the systems of the body to carry out this task has been an awe-inspiring journey. In amongst my journey, I have now moved to my soul place in Scotland where I am opening my clinic for two days a week at home in the Highlands of Scotland or in your own home.  In the near future I will be looking for a place in either Aberfeldy or Pitlochry.
